Cancellation Policy

At ManHealth, we are committed to delivering a seamless, transparent, and patient-first healthcare experience. Whether you are booking a consultation, purchasing a treatment plan, or ordering diagnostic services, this policy is designed to ensure clarity, fairness, and trust at every step of your journey.

1. Consultations, Therapy & Follow-ups

We understand that schedules can change, and we aim to offer flexibility wherever possible:

  • You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 2 hours prior to the scheduled time and receive a 100% refund.
  • A complimentary reschedule is available within the permitted timeframe. Additional reschedules can be accommodated with advance notice.
  • If you do not join within 15 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show. A one-time refund may be granted upon request; repeated no-shows will not be eligible.
  • In case of delays or issues from our end, we will either adjust your schedule or provide a complimentary follow-up consultation to ensure continuity of care.
  • Refunds, once approved, are processed within 5–7 business days through the original mode of payment.
2. Treatment Plans & Product Purchases

Our goal is to ensure complete confidence and satisfaction in your purchase decisions:

  • If no services or products (including consultations, medications, or therapies) have been utilized, you are eligible for a full refund within 6 months from the date of purchase.
  • Once any part of the treatment plan or product has been used, consumed, or activated, the purchase becomes non-refundable.
  • In exceptional cases involving quality or service concerns, our support team will review the matter and provide a fair resolution wherever applicable.
  • Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 5–7 business days.
3. Diagnostic Tests & Orders

We aim to ensure accuracy, convenience, and flexibility in all diagnostic services:

  • If a test is cancelled before sample collection, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on service conditions.
  • After sample collection, handling or processing charges may apply, and refund eligibility may vary based on the stage of the test.
  • Once the sample has been processed and reports generated, refunds are not applicable.
  • A one-time free reschedule is available with prior notice (preferably 24 hours in advance), subject to slot availability.
  • In the event of technical issues, service delays, or operational challenges from our side, we will ensure timely support, rescheduling, or appropriate refunds as required.
4. Payments, Refund Timelines & Processing
  • All eligible refunds are processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
  • Processing timelines may vary slightly depending on banking or payment gateway policies.
  • Users are advised to ensure correct payment details to avoid delays.
5. General Guidelines & Fair Usage
  • Delays exceeding 15 minutes from the scheduled appointment time will be treated as a no-show.
  • Multiple cancellations, reschedules, or misuse of refund policies may lead to restricted eligibility.
  • All services are subject to availability, and unforeseen circumstances (technical, operational, or external) may occasionally impact scheduling.
6. Policy Updates & Acceptance

ManHealth reserves the right to modify or update this policy at any time to reflect service improvements, regulatory requirements, or operational changes.
